I have reenabled the Submit News feature so that registered users can send their stories in, so if you have Spain or Portugal news, I'll welcome it. I mean news, not advertising, though genuinely informative PR releases are acceptable, and feel free to announce your event or exhibition - if you do want to advertise as such, please feel free to contact me, or use the free classifieds. In any case, I would ask you to look over the commonsense guidelines which follow.
A few guidelines
i) Don't forget to register before you submit your news. It's free, and your personal details (only your e-mail address) are confidential. I even have a site privacy policy.
ii) Make copies of your story as you write it, and especially just before you press 'Preview' or 'Submit.'
iii) Try to keep your story short, sweet, and to the point. I'm not going to impose a strict limit, but I will edit and may even reject long, rambling articles.
iv) If you can't write, don't write. Not everyone can.
v) Si no dominas el inglés a la perfección, escribe en castellano.
vi) Check your article for errors of spelling and grammar. I'm sorry, I just don't have time to proofread for you.
viii) Bear in mind that your lead-in or teaser will be repeated when people click to see the whole story, so avoid odd changes between it and the body of the text.
