The websiste of Valencia's Convention Bureau is designed for its purpose but has much for non-conference visitors as well. The regional tourist board's website keeps changing its URL structure, so I've given up on deep-linking to the corner of it dedicated to the city of Valencia, however good it may be - it shouldn't be too hard for you to find.
