Ayuntamiento de Laredo

Laredo is an attractive old town which has become a popular holiday destination, especially for Basques. Its main beach, the Playa Salva is very lovely and immense, 4 km long and, unusually for Spain, hundreds of metres wide. This municipal website is in Spanish only, but the tourist info stuff is near the top of the page: click "Playas" to see the beaches.
