Ciutat de les Artes i de les Ciències

Valencia's City of the Arts and Science is totally awesome and a must, even if you don't actually buy a ticket for any of its buildings. These include the Museu de les Ciències or science museum; l'Oceanogràfic, which in turn includes a variety of themed aquariums and vivariums representing all the major oceanic ecosystems (Arctic, Mediterranean, etc., all with representative animals and fish); l'Hemisfèric, a planetarium-cum-Imax-cinema; l'Umbracle or entrance (free), full of plants and sculptures; and the future Palau de les Arts, a concert hall.

Museo Taurino

Valencia's bullring is one of the top three or four in Spain, and its bullfighting museum is interesting whether or not you enjoy or approve of the activity itself.
