Ajuntament de Benicarló 

With its mediaeval centre and fishing port, Benicarló is one of the most attractive towns in Castellón, and its beaches are wide and long, running all the way south to Peñiscola. The link goes to Benicarló Town Council's website, which doesn't feel in the least municipal.
