Ayuntamiento de Astorga 

Astorga is a small, historic cathedral city, founded by the Romans and later an important stop on the Way of Saint James (Astorga is where the south-to-north running Via de la Plata meets the east-to-west Camino Francés, French Way). The link goes to its Spanish-only but entertaining and unmunicipal municipal website.
