Link profile: Parque Arqueológico de Segóbriga

Category: Start / Spain and its Regions / New Castile (Castilla-La Mancha) / Cuenca / Segóbriga
The importance of Segóbriga lies only partly in the fact that it was a Celtiberian settlement before being a Roman city, for the Celtiberian remains found are not extensive. But its Roman remains are outstanding, and its newly unearthed forum is said to be one of the best conserved in Spain.
