It ain't so. There is a kind of campaign going on to create "family beaches," but a) they're a bunch of Catholic far-right loonies, b) they haven't made any significant impact so far, and c) they aren't actually asking for nudity or partial nudity to be illegalized (as far as I know), just to have some spaces set aside for non-nudists (including partial nudists, ridiculous, isn't it?).
