Chritsmas in Benidorm

Unregistered User I am spanish and although im not from Alicante i would like to give you a piece of advice. Spain is not the Caribean as many British think, lets make things clear. Obviously its not that cold as the UK in the winter ( I have been living here for 2 years now )but on Christmas time no one goes to the beach to get tan ( unless you are mental or British). Only the Canary islands enjoy 12 months of warm weather.
Christmas holidays have passed and the weather in Spain was freezing cold, we had a polar wave that left most parts of Spain white ( even Alicantes beaches were with completely white). And every winter now is getting colder in Spain and summers are getting hotter ( like everywhere now due to the climate change ).
Hope you had nice Christmas in Benidorm ( by the way, I can assure you we have much nicer places in Spain, not the best choice).
Hope this will help someone!
